Keda 10inch CSD250 Cutter Suction Dredger

Keda dredger consists of three parts: suction pump assembly, pontoon, and steering, and is powered by electric motor or diesel engine.

The mud suction pump is a mixing pump that integrates stirring and cutting, screwing and centrifugal. When the pump is directly submerged in the bottom of the water and enters the sludge layer during operation, the deposited sludge and impurities will be loosened and chopped by the synchronous stirring blade in front of the impeller. Then push it to the centrifugal section at the rear of the impeller and throw it out at a high speed.

The pontoon mainly plays the role of support, connection and water running. The control part is equipped with hydraulic device, hull driving traction and direction mechanism, and the hydraulic lifting can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the changes of mud and water depth.
